Meeting Room
The Large Meeting Room, located in the lower level of the library, may be rented for cultural, civic and informal educational purposes. Library-sponsored or co-sponsored programs take first priority in scheduling the room. The fee is $40 with a minimum of 15 and no more than 80 people in the group. The meeting room may be reserved only by a person with a Wheaton Public Library card in good standing. This contact person is responsible for the room.

Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms are available in the Children’s and Adult departments for small groups of two to ten people. Sign up is required and at least one user of the study room must have a Wheaton Public Library card. The person who signs for the room is responsible for the condition of the room upon vacating. Study rooms may be reserved up to one week in advance for no more than 2 hours at a time.
