Scout ProgramScheduling Scout Programs

Programs may be scheduled for anytime on weekdays or weekends. For more information or to schedule a program contact the Center at 630-871-6601 or info@wheatonhistory.com.

Fees
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.
All program fees subject to change without notice.


Cancellation Policy
  • Groups must cancel two (2) weeks in advance in order to avoid being assessed any fees.
  • Cancellations less than two (2) weeks in advance must pay for the number registered.
  • The Center for History must be notified of any changes in the number attending one (1) week prior to the scheduled program.
 
Special Needs
  • Please make the Center’s staff aware of any special needs in your group.
 
Facilities
  • Minimum group size is twelve (12). Smaller groups will be assessed the fee for twelve (12) participants. For smaller troops, consider combining with another local troop.
  • Maximum group size is generally 30 to 35, although in some cases, larger groups may attend. Please inquire.
  • Center for History does not have space to accommodate siblings of scouts participating in programs. The Center asks that only those participating in the program, and one chaperone per 4-6 participants, attend.
